What to do Next

Once you are both sure that you wish to learn more about Divorce Mediation, the next step is to call our office at (941) 727-5555 and schedule an initial Free videoconference introductory meeting, for you and your spouse. This meeting will last approximately 30 minutes. There is no further obligation on your part to go any further – and no one will ever contact you later to try to pressure you to agree to begin Divorce Mediation!  You and your spouse will speak with William J. Leininger who is a Supreme Court certified Family Mediator.

Mr. Leininger works with clients via Zoom between November 15 and May 15, Mondays through Saturdays, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Thus there is usually no reason to take off from work to attend the Mediation session.

Between November 15th and May 15th, once a couple has retained Mr. Leininger they have the choice to,  he is available to conduct in-person mediation sessions if the Clients desire same.  These in-person mediation sessions are held at our Sarasota office on Mondays through Fridays between 10 AM and 4 PM.  Our office is located at 677 N. Washington Blvd., Sarasota 34236. Our office is located 3 blocks north of Fruitville Road , at Route 301, in the heart of downtown Sarasota. There is plenty of free parking in our large parking lot!

If Divorce Mediation sounds like a better alternative than expensive and emotionally damaging litigation in court, why not call our office at (941) 727-5555 and schedule a Free initial videoconference meeting which will last approximately 30 minutes.  During that consultation, Mr. Leininger will answer all of your questions within the 30 minute time frame.
